User Agreement

This agreement between licensor and licensee is exclusive. The Licensee/end user agrees to not enter into separate license agreements with third parties interested in using the photographs.

By this agreement, Ruby Media, LLC allows the user to personally use, display, and/or print Spring Hill College Athletics Photography. Images may not be resold or used for distribution purposes. User may not use photography in any commercial or editorial projects involving advertising, print media, web site publication, or broadcast unless directly associated the promotion of the Spring Hill College Athletics program. Distribution is only allowed by Ruby Media or Spring Hill College.

Each Student Athlete and their parents may only download images that include their Student Athlete. The rights of persons excessively downloading images that do not include themselves will be revoked.

This license is not transferrable to a third party. Ruby Media, LLC, remains the sole owner of the image’s copyright. No transfer of intellectual property is made by this agreement.

Disclaimer

Purchase of a photo package does not guarantee that there will be photos of your student-athlete. Please consider anticipated playing time when purchasing a photo package before the season. Only games and matches played locally in Mobile, AL will be photographed. Not all home games will be photographed.
